By phone or in person. Our team may ask during a call or during intake whether you’d like to receive texts. We’ll say: “Would you like to receive text messages about appointment times, paperwork, or billing questions? Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Through our website. You can provide your phone number and consent through the form on our Contact page. Your consent is recorded in our secure client management system.

Our automatic reply: When you text us, you’ll receive: “Thank you for contacting KDH Counseling. We look forward to assisting you and will get back to you as soon as possible. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for more information.”
