We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality psychiatric care to our clients, collaborating with a treatment team, and ensuring optimal outcomes.Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments of clients.
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for a wide range of mental health conditions.
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.

You will document each interaction on our Screened Call List, ensuring that every call is handled with the utmost care and attention. This involves not only listening to their needs but also providing them with the necessary information and follow-up to resolve their concerns.

Managing Faxes: Monitoring incoming faxes, ensuring they are properly documented, promptly addressed, and followed up on as needed.
