OUR APPROACH
We are not here to push medication on you. We are here to help you understand your options.
Medication can be one tool for turning the volume down enough to think clearly, sleep better, show up for your life, and do the deeper work when you are ready.
Medication care may also be coordinated with therapy when appropriate.
